Orange Flower Apartments 1 - Sofia

The apartment was like a cozy home away from home, with a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with all the necessities. I loved having my own space to cook and relax in Sofia.

Personally, I found the view from the apartment to be a bit disappointing. But hey, everyone has different preferences, so others might still enjoy it!

It was located in a very quite area very close to the '' Sveta Nedyela '' church, underground, non stop shop, kfc and subway and restaurants and the center, The host was affable and incredibly nice, and planned late check-out for us. Had a roll-in shower...

I got amazing value for my money at this apartment. The room was beautifully decorated and had everything I needed, including a washer and dryer. The location was perfect, with easy access to the metro and a short walk to the city center. The owner was friendly and enthusiastic, making me feel welcome. Plus, the round bed was a fun and unique touch that added to the overall experience.

The breakfast experience could be improved with a better coffee machine. I would have preferred a Nespresso type instead.

The venue has spotless rooms and ideal location close to a metro station. Helpful staff, always smiling. Easy check in. Room with good air conditioning. I appreciated the place;)))

the rooms were cosy with many facilities for our stay. the staff were great, liked them all.

We had a wonderful stay near the city center, surrounded by attractions, bars, and restaurants, with friendly staff and a great owner.

This place was absolutely mind-blowing! The cleanliness was top-notch, and being right in the center of everything was super convenient. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and communicating via WhatsApp was a breeze with the helpful and quick responses. The person I contacted was so helpful and their English was excellent. The location was unreal, with attractions, restaurants, supermarkets, and public transport all within reach. The lift was a lifesaver, saving us from trekking up and down stairs. And even though it was in the city center, it was surprisingly quiet, making for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated, with a dedication to the theme that was truly impressive. It was cozy and had plenty of heating and hot water. The kitchen was so convenient, with a stovetop and even a washing machine. We enjoyed watching TV and the strong Wi-Fi connection was a game-changer. The host was kind and showed us around during check-in, and there were instructions and suggestions printed in multiple languages. They even provided basic toiletries and amenities, as well as some coffee and sugar. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we loved the vibrant colors of the bedroom. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need for a longer stay. This place was way better than a hotel. Plus, in such hot weather, having air conditioning was a huge plus. The attention to detail in this apartment was next-level, really showing the soul of the owners. Everything was executed in the most whimsical way, making our stay absolutely perfect. From the round bed that was jaw-dropping to the owner's smile and enthusiasm, we felt truly VIP. We wish all our stays were as amazing as this one. Thank you for making our day!

Brilliant location for exploring the city, right in the heart of everything. the apartment was spotlessly clean and nicely furnished, providing a comfortable and spacious base for our romantic escape. the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the summer heat.

The host was not there to greet us and the person with the keys spoke limited English, which made communication difficult. We also struggled with the ceramic hob and TV, as there were no instructions in English.

We felt safe and secure during our stay, and the location was perfect, close to the heart of the city and within walking distance of attractions, restaurants, supermarkets. The apartment was nicely decorated, cozy, and well-equipped, including basic toiletries and coffee. Cons: No noise in the city center apartment.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the city centre and just a short walk to the Serdika subway station. It was very convenient to explore the city and even take a trip to Rila monastery by public transportation. the room was well-furnished and had all the necessary amenities, including a coffee machine, to ensure a comfortable stay.

The bathroom was quite small and the draining in the shower didn't work properly.

Good apartments and excellent location. Who needs fire exits and hot water when you have unique furnishings and tourist attractions within walking distance? Oh, and the soundproofing in the kitchen is just perfect. Sarcasm? Never heard of it.

I stayed at Orange Flower Apartments 1 for 3 nights on a leisure trip. The owner personally welcomed us and showed us to our comfortable and well-equipped purple motif apartment. The central location was perfect, with a lift available to reach the 3rd floor. The host, Lyubomira, was extremely friendly and provided thorough information on the city and public transportation options. The apartment had everything we needed, and we were able to control the heaters ourselves. a fantastic stay!
